We will gladly refund sales tax for reseller customers upon request. To request a sales tax refund, email your IRS W9 document to email@example.com and reference your order number and your sales tax refund will be issued within 3 business days.
Yes. Our minimum order quantity for private label services is 500 units per product SKU. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote and private label order details.
We offer a variety of flexible payment options. Of course, we accept all major credit and debit cards. We can also accept direct bank wire transfers, or payments through Zelle or CashApp. Select the “Invoice Me” option at checkout if you want to use an alternative payment method and details will be included in your order confirmation email. Your order will be processed promptly once your payment has been received and posted.
Shipping lead times vary by product. Many items are in stock and can ship within 2 business days, however many products that we offer are made to-order and may require 7-10 business days for manufacturing. Concentrates, bulk gummies and product samples typically ship within 2-3 business days.
We can ship pure CBD products to some countries, but Delta-8 THC and HHC products we typically do not ship outside of the USA. Please feel free to inquire at email@example.com.
